1. Understanding 24-Hour Time
- The 24-hour clock runs from 00:00 (midnight) to 23:59.
- It doesnβt use AM or PM β the hours keep counting after 12:00 noon.
- 00:00 = Midnight
- 12:00 = Noon
- 13:00 = 1:00 PM
- 23:00 = 11:00 PM
2. Converting Between 12-Hour and 24-Hour Time
- Morning (AM) times stay the same, just add a 0 in front if needed:
- 7:30 AM β 07:30
- 10:45 AM β 10:45
- Afternoon (PM) times add 12 to the hour:
- 1:00 PM β 13:00
- 6:15 PM β 18:15
- 11:59 PM β 23:59
